Back to Shop...These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via diamantopoulos.ch. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All artworks are produced and sold directly by the artist. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations due to printing or screen settings are possible and do not constitute a defect.
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of written confirmation from Stelio Diamantopoulos.
Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Ownership passes to the buyer only upon full payment.
Shipping costs and delivery times are communicated individually depending on the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example by email). Where available, you may also use the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website. Submitting a withdrawal through this function constitutes a valid notice of withdrawal within the statutory period.
The buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective.
Special orders and customized art prints are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of damaged or defective goods. Returns are always accepted for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of any damage.
Standard products that are not customised may be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
For customers in Switzerland, no statutory right of withdrawal applies under Swiss law (OR). Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective goods.
